NGC Celebrates 13 Years; September is Our Anniversary Month, Happy Birthday NGC!

NGC Group is proud to celebrate our 13th anniversary this month. What many would consider a courageous decision, our President Justin Hernandez, viewed as an opportunity. In 2009, during one of the most difficult economic periods in recent memory, Justin and the team created New Generation Construction Group with a goal to do things different in the local construction market. Though the timing was tough, the vision was clear. With a focus on client relationships, innovative solutions utilizing technology, and providing services that are unique in the industry, we were determined to succeed.

Our team has developed from a small local contractor with four employees in 2009, to a company that now employs professionals in multiple states across the Midwest. When asked, Justin will humbly credit the growth to a dedicated team who prides themselves on building relationships and hiring people who willingly buy-in to this priority. As the team continues to focus on collaboration and growth through relationships, the company experiences the benefit of long-lasting partnerships that drive and build the business.

We are young but mighty. What we once viewed as our weakness is now becoming our strength. We are extremely proud of what we’ve been able to accomplish in the last ten years and we use that as fuel for our fire. We believe in pulling the strengths out of everyone on our team to allow our company to be innovative and offer solutions that are unique in our industry.

We are running a sprint but training for a marathon. It’s not one or the other, it’s both – at the same time. We are going to push hard for our short-term goals, but we are going to execute them in conjunction with our long-term plans. Our company structure allows some to focus on today’s operational tasks, while others are developing tomorrow’s strategic business plans – and together, they result in NGC magic.

We aren’t perfect but driven by success. The pursuit of superior performance is what drives us. Our team wishes to continue to be recognized as a reputable company in our industry.
