NGC joined partners and guests for the official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony announcing the opening of Latitude 41 Residential Living Complex in Bellevue, Nebraska on Thursday, October 29, 2020.

Latitude 41 is a new, ground-up construction project of four three-story apartment buildings, with 204 units and 237,000 square feet. NGC is honored to be the general contracting firm constructing the buildings, clubhouse, pool, garages, parking, petyard and landscape. NGC attended the event with these key property management and development companies: Metonic Real Estate Solutions, Apogee Professional Services, Quantum Real Estate, and Seldin Company

Bellevue Chamber of Commerce President/CEO, Kevin Hensel, kicked off the ceremony welcoming everyone, outlining the agenda, which included refreshments, tours, cutting of the ribbon and introducing the speakers and hosts. Words were shared by Bellevue Mayor Rusty Hicks, Seldin Company’s Alicia Reed with Renee Phillips of Seldin having the honor of cutting the red ribbon with the large, two-foot ceremonial scissors at the front entrance of the clubhouse-leasing office.

Alicia Reed said, “What I want you to take away today [about Latitude 41], is to tell all your friends and family that are looking for housing, ‘Pets Live Free Here’, that’s a big deal, there’s no pet rent.” Alicia shared a lot of market, leasing and access information; The location is ideal with proximity to local Bellevue shopping, restaurants, highways and the University, Offutt Air Force Base, downtown Omaha and the Airport. The community and residents radiate a warm and friendly sentiment, especially when greeting fellow pet owners.

Of the 204 units, 144 are finished and are currently available or leased; the additional 60 units under construction now, will become available once the final two buildings are done in November and December of 2020. There are studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom layout plans available. The amenities include, pets living free, the doggie park petyard, package lockers, keyless entry, garage parking, cozy vestibule lobbies, fitness, pool and clubhouse.

NGC’s Senior Project Manager Taylor Shapland said, “This project is exciting. We’ll accomplish a great sense of pride building a successful community, and our team members at NGC are working swiftly to finalize the project before the year’s end, which is months ahead of the original schedule.” The NGC team with boots on the ground at Latitude 41 includes Taylor Shapland, Joe Hukill, Cory Claussen, Lance Smith, Brady Reinert and Cole Jones.
