Our clients will never love our company until our employees love it first. When you get the culture right, most of the other stuff will just take care of itself. From open communication to giving employees the freedom to act independently, our culture is our brand. We push people hard, but we take care of our employees harder.

We are a team but play to win.

Great vision without great people is irrelevant. Our approach is represented by our name — we are a group of people who work together to make decisions, solve problems, and plan for the future. We credit our growth to our ability to understand that individual accolades are less impressive than our ability to accomplish collaborative goals. When one wins, we all win!

We are young but mighty.

What we once viewed as our weakness is now becoming our strength. We are extremely proud of what we’ve been able to accomplish in the last 10 years and we use that as fuel for our fire. We believe in pulling the strengths out of everyone on our team to allow our company to be innovative and offer solutions that are unique in our industry.

We are running a sprint but training for a marathon.

It’s not one or the other, it’s both — at the same time. We are going to push hard for our short-term goals, but we are going to execute them in conjunction with our long-term plans. Our company structure allows some to focus on today’s operational tasks, while others are developing tomorrow’s strategic business plans — and together, they result in NGC magic.

Our clients are as diverse as our projects. Some have built hundreds of buildings and others are coming to us for their very first time — and that is why we have created a communication culture that dumbs down the often confusing construction process. We believe in providing clear and consistent communication to keep stakeholders informed from groundbreaking to grand opening.

Through the use of on-site cameras allowing real-time access to the project site and weekly updates showcasing notes and photos of the progress, our clients are able to stay connected at all times, from anywhere. We understand that accurate information enables sound decision making, and that’s why we are sure to make project information accessible.

Scheduled on-site meetings with the project team, consistent communication with the ownership group, and web-based document management and reporting put us in a position to deliver successful projects.

Project success is what drives us.

We take pride in assembling groups of people who are the best fit to run each of our projects. We also think it’s pretty cool that we think outside the box with our staffing and look to add positions that create value in the most unique ways. We have an IT Director who is committed to supporting our staff, both locally and remotely, to ensure that all engines are running, at all times. He is also dedicated to the creation of mobile applications that allow streamlined processes across our company.

Completing a construction project is exciting, but moving into the building can be overwhelming. Our Warranty Manager comes alongside our clients and makes sure that the relationship is supported, long after the keys are turned over.
