When we take a step back and reflect on the work we get to do, it’s exciting. We continue to provide our communities with places to live, hotels to visit, office spaces to occupy, retail spaces to build businesses—we are impacting lives with the work we do every day.
We are deeply grateful for our team. We want to express our appreciation for the resilience, grit, and commitment to driving our company forward daily. But mostly on the days when nobody is there watching or cheering you on. On Saturday and Sunday (week after week) as you are trying to get our projects closed out. On the long, daily commutes back and forth to the job sites. On the nights when you may not have made it home for dinner or the nights when you got home after the kids were already in bed. We can’t thank our team enough for the sacrifices. This work is not easy, but man, is it rewarding.
