Located at Irving and 6th Street (highway 77), this 4-story 80,000 SF project will have 78 units (studio, 1- and 2-bedrooms), covered garages and landscaping with beautiful natural surroundings.
The new apartment site is adjacent to the Homestead Trail, the rail-trail that is part of the GPTN (Great Plains Trail Network). The Jamaica North Trail turns into the Homestead Trail just south of Saltillo Road and the Beatrice Trailhead is located at 2nd and Court Street. This is a great location for avid cyclists and runners!

This project is scheduled to be completed in less than a year with a grand opening slated for early Spring 2022.
