NGC Field Ops and Concrete Crews began setting the footings and foundations for the first multi-family apartment building at Chateau at Yankee Hill. This “premiere plex” will have 166 apartments (see the render below with the first building noted with the red outline in the lower left).
“We will start setting our pre-cast columns, beams and hollow core slabs in early July. This will create the roof of our parking garage and provide the floor of our first floor of apartment units,” said NGC Senior Project Manager Taylor Shapland.
The total complex will have 866 keys consisting of four-story apartment buildings with underground parking, two-story garden-style townhomes and a state-of-the-art Clubhouse with Fitness Center and Leasing Office.
The beautiful setting will be maintained, with crews working carefully around natural green spaces and ponds. The planning, organization, communication among partners and crew make the execution of Chateau at Yankee Hill incredibly smooth and exciting!
