NGC Wins Lincoln Chamber’s Top Award, The Cornerstone Award

NGC humbly accepted the Lincoln Chamber’s Cornerstone Award while attending the Celebrate Business ceremony hosted in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska December 6, 2022 at the Cornhusker Marriott Hotel. Wow! What An Honor!
Justin Hernandez, Founder and President of NGC said, “I would like to credit our success to the team of employees that have been working together for the past 13 years. We appreciate the recognition. This award reflects all the hard work our team has put in to establish a market presence, and build both buildings and relationships in the Lincoln community.”

The Cornerstone Award is intended to honor the business that best demonstrates leadership in the community. The award recognizes the entrepreneurial spirit of those who take risks and make the investment in time and money to grow business firms in our city. The Cornerstone Award is intended to honor the outstanding business of the year in Lincoln. 

NGC’s current or recently completed Lincoln-based projects include: Canopy Park, Chateau Development at Yankee Hill, Gold’s Building, Atrium Building, Telegraph Flats, Telegraph Lofts East, Telegraph Warehouse Row, Telegraph Lofts West, Terminal Building, First Interstate Bank, Holiday Inn Express, Traction Lofts, and FYI: NGC’s Main Office Headquarters relocated to the Telegraph District at 1935 O Street (O & 19th) in mid-2019.

For NGC, winning the Cornerstone Award represents the resilience, loyalty, dedication, and pride of every employee on the team. “We are genuinely grateful and fiercely committed to continuing to positively impact the communities in which we live, work, and play,” said Lindsey Klug, Director of Organizational Development. “Thanks to all our trade partners who made this possible; let’s celebrate this together,” she added.
