NGC Group Inc. transformed an existing warehouse into the ACE Pickleball Club in Omaha, NE. The renovation included new bathrooms, locker rooms, and 13 courts, along with full updates to fire protection, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Fresh walls, custom ACE-branded finishes, and new flooring completed the modern recreational space.
