NGC Group Inc. transformed the historic Gold’s building in downtown Lincoln into a modern Hampton Inn. Located at the corner of 10th and O Streets, the project combined adaptive reuse and new construction to deliver a contemporary hotel featuring a fitness center, business and meeting spaces, and elevated interior design that complements its urban surroundings.
