As a Senior Project Manager, you will contribute to our company by managing complex stand-alone projects or multiple projects from initial planning to completion. The position will be responsible for ensuring the specifications are being strictly followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the Project Management team, you will be responsible for the overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting and control, while working together with the other project team members. The best candidate will be experienced in managing ground-up commercial projects, as well as working with and developing Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, or Field Engineers.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

·         Lead all aspects of the company’s safety culture.

·         Support the preconstruction team, which may include building general conditions, scope review, bid package development, schedule development, and other related tasks for assigned projects.

·         Prepare, monitor, and update the project schedule using MS Project.

·         Manage the subcontract and submittal processes from issuance to execution.

·         Provide ongoing risk analysis, including prequalification of subcontractors.

·         Manage project(s) financial health.

·         Complete monthly subcontractor and owner pay application process.

·         Participate in and/or lead various meetings.

·         Lead overall project closeout process.

·         Make periodic job site visits, at least 2 times per month, or more as required.


You Should Apply If You Are/Have

·         10+ years construction project management experience.

·         Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (Preferred).

·         Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.

·         Ability to manage budgets, maximize profitability and generate future work through building relationships.

·         Ability to construct a project from start to finish.
