New Hampton Inn Hotel
Launches in Ogallala

NGC is excited to announce the launch of a new Hampton Inn hotel in Ogallala, Nebraska. The new, ground-up hotel began excavation a few weeks ago during the Fall of 2022, with footings and foundations currently underway. Soon, under slab electrical & plumbing along with site utilities, water & sewer, will begin. Once those scopes of work are completed, the building slab will be poured and NGC will begin erecting steel and start framing. The building walls will be panelized in a factory and then sent to the site to be erected.

This Hampton Inn brand hotel is part of the Hilton family of hotels. The building will be 4 stories, just over 49,500 square feet with 80 rooms. Amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, meeting room, and breakfast room adjacent to the lobby.

Once completed, there will be 105 total parking spots and an overflow truck parking area on the west side of the building. The hotel site can be accessed from Oregon Trail Drive, south of interstate I-80.
