NGC is pleased to announce two new offices in Omaha, Nebraska and Lone Tree, Colorado. These two additional satellite offices are in addition to NGC’s headquarters located at 1935 O Street in Lincoln, Nebraska. The Omaha office is located at 17110 Marcy Street, Suite 205, Omaha NE 68118 near168th and Pacific, and NGC’s Eastern Colorado office is at 9360 Station Street, Suite 350, Lone Tree CO 80124 just southwest of the I-25 and 470 interchange.
In West Omaha, NGC renovated 3,000 SF of office space to suit the business needs of general contracting, project management and collaborative meetings.
The remodeling of the second level area included new interior glazing, plumbing and electrical work, as well as constructing a kitchenette, break room, and enhancing the walls with signage, photography and decorative wood.
NGC’s Colorado office is located in Lone Tree, which is situated in the southern edge of the Denver metro area. The location allows for easy access between projects across the Front Range, as well as the mountain towns off I-70. Located in the Clock Tower at Lincoln Station, NGC has an on-site light rail stop, on-site dining amenities and attached parking garage. The office space is 2,044 SF, with one wall completely made of windows, allowing for a warm and open workspace. The office includes a reception area, large conference room, two offices, four open cubical spaces and a kitchen.
