Regional Superintendent Kevin Frey said, “Canopy Park, designed for Haymarket Living, is in Downtown Lincoln and sits on a zero-lot line. It was built simultaneously to an adjacent parking garage. Extensive coordination was required to make sure the floors and openings between the two buildings aligned. This building also required multiple phases of construction in order to maintain the tight schedule.”
