Great time-lapse and drone aerial sequence of Telegraph Flats’ transformation! Witness the adaptation from industrial area to an exciting new redevelopment project, called the Telegraph District, located on the eastern edge of downtown Lincoln. The project revitalizes the industrial elements of the former Lincoln Telephone & Telegraph campus; Telegraph Flats, the first of five buildings in the Telegraph District to finish and open for tenancy, is located on the southeast intersection of 20th and N Street, formerly the Fisher Foods Dairy industrial buildings.

With a total of 107,000 SF, Telegraph Flats has 98 apartments, 14 of which are work-live lofts with roll-up doors on level one. All the apartments on levels 2-4 have balconies. There are studio, 1- and 2-bedrooms available with the largest space coming in at about 1,000 SF. Each of the two 2,500 SF commercial spaces have great potential especially the south end with its curved wall. There are 50 underground parking spots available to Flats’ residents, plus more outdoor parking in the District’s lots.

The Telegraph District, located on 19-21st and O-L Streets, aims to become a vibrant, close-knit, active neighborhood with apartments, work-live lofts, mixed-use, restaurants, retail, office and outdoor patio/pet space.
